In briefMakes a child born abroad after 9th July 1973 a citizen at birth if the father is a citizen other than under this Article or Article 3(2).

A persons born outside The Bahamas after 9th July 1973 shall become a citizen of The Bahamas at the date of his birth if at that date his father is a citizen of The Bahamas otherwise than by virtue of this Article or Article 3(2) of this Constitution.

A person born outside The Bahamas after 9th July 1973 becomes a citizen of The Bahamas on the date of his birth if, on that date, his father is a citizen of The Bahamas other than under this Article or Article 3(2) of this Constitution.
