There shall be in and for the Bahamas a Consolidated Fund, into which, subject to the provision of any law for the time being in force in The Bahamas, shall be paid all revenues of The Bahamas.
There must be a Consolidated Fund (the Government's main account) in and for The Bahamas. All revenues of The Bahamas must be paid into it, subject to any law in force in The Bahamas at the time.
